Westchester Choice Realty
Since founding Westchester Choice Realty in 2007, Principal Brokers Barry Kramer and John Crittenden haven't stopped putting every hour of their day into their company. With over 25 years of combined experience in Westchester County real estate, Barry and John initially became real estate agents and worked as a team for another agency in Scarsdale. Later, when they wanted to branch out on their own and locate directly in the thriving Garth Road area, Westchester Choice Realty was created. They are now pleased to have just opened their second office at 199 E. Hartsdale Ave., right in Hartsdale Village!
Today, Westchester Choice Realty has 15 agents and a great support staff that has made it one of the leading agencies in Westchester County in home sales, and #1 in co-op sales since their first year of existence. The reason we've been successful is we have a niche, says John. "We have been selling co-ops throughout Westchester County, including Garth Road, the road where we work and live." Westchester Choice Realty has been expanding as the real estate market rebounds. In the spring of 2016, Barry and John opened their second location in Hartsdale Village.
Barry and John are full-time principal brokers and members of the National Association of REALTORS®, the New York State Association of REALTORS®, and Hudson Gateway Association of REALTORS®.
